Terrace to table

Nothing rushed, nothing added.

Here's exactly what happens between a seed going into our soil and your food reaching your door.

The process

Six steps, none of them shortcuts.

Every terrace goes through the same honest process, season after season.

1

Soil preparation

Each terrace is fed with home-made compost and left to rest between seasons — no synthetic fertiliser ever touches it.

2

Hand-sowing

Seeds are sown by hand across our terraces, timed to the season rather than a calendar.

3

Natural pest care

Neem-based sprays, companion planting and hand-picking keep pests down — never synthetic pesticide.

4

Sun-ripening

Crops ripen at their own pace under mountain sun and are harvested only at peak readiness.

5

Sorting & quality check

Every harvest is hand-sorted on the same day it's picked — nothing sits around waiting.

6

Packed & delivered

Packed fresh in breathable, minimal packaging and sent straight down from the hills.

4 Seasons a year
Why it takes longer

We work with the seasons, not against them.

There's no greenhouse forcing things early and no cold storage holding things back. Each crop is planted, tended and harvested when the hillside itself is ready — which means flavour and nutrition that a rushed harvest can't match.

It also means our range shifts through the year, the way a real farm's always has.
